Productivity AI (productivityai.uk) is run by the Productivity AI Team, a small group focused on one thing: helping solopreneurs and independent professionals get more done with fewer tools and less overhead.
Why we exist
Running a one-person business means wearing every hat — marketing, finance, support, content, admin — often with no team to delegate to. AI-powered tools have changed what’s possible for solopreneurs, but the market is noisy and most “best tools” lists are written by people who have never actually used the products day to day.
We test and compare AI productivity tools — note-taking, scheduling, writing, meeting assistants, automation, and more — and write honest, practical guides based on how they hold up in real solo-business workflows.
